My premium account has been hacked

My premium account has been hacked

My account has been hacked. The username is zgalicki. The email that is there is wrong and the password has been changed.

How can I contact you without the user being put in the loop? I am annoyed at how hard this is to fix. Please help me this is an urgent matter.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit this online contact form instead (where you can choose the email for the support replies to be mailed to); and someone at Spotify should be able to reset your password and log you out everywhere.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
