NOT happy. I've been charged £9.99 even though I cancelled my subscription!

I cancelled my subscription to Spotify Premium plenty of time before I was due to be charged, yet you still charged me anyway! I'm not happy at all! Can someone get back to me regarding a refund please?!

I have the same problem! I cancelled my subscription before the 20th Sep so i wouldnt get charged and i still have. My account is overdrawn as well. Not happy!

I have had the same problem. Last month I sent a message to support with no reply, and again this month I get charged again. I have been charged for four months without an active account!

mtarr - I can see a message was sent to you just this morning. I'd look in your Spam filter if you haven't received that already
