Not receiving Premium after paid for it 5 days ago

Hi,

 

I am Premium User since August last year. I pay for it via SofortDauerauftrag. In January there was a problem with my payment (don't know why everything was fine on my side). After 2 or 3 Days the payment was taken and I got back my premium membership. End of February the same happened, I received an email. 3 Days later the money was written off my account, but this time I didn't get back my premium membership. It have been 5 days now and I am getting a little bit upset now. Not only did I have an interruption of my premium membership again, I paid for it and didn't get the benefits.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

I asked a member of the Spotify community staff to look into this for you, however, since your payment is through a partner service you will need to get in touch with SofortDauerauftrag to get this resolved since they are in control of the payments for your account not Spotify.
