Please review: how do I use my Premium trial

Hello, thank you for your help. I've been using the app as a regular and I decided to sign up for a premium account. Unfortunately, the app does not recognize my account as a premium user. Did I miss a step?

First thing to do is double check that your account is on premium from your online account.

If it is, and its not being recognised on your devices then I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
