Why did my Premium Account got disabled??? 

My payment was done.

The community staff would not do that. 

Its much more likely that your most recent payment has failed and that is why your account has returned to Spotify free, check your email for messages from Spotify. Also make sure you are logging in using the correct details, it is amazinly easy to have a duplicate account.

thanks just remembered  i lost my credit card last week 

Hello.  On Friday, I accidentally disconnected my Spotify account from my Facebook account.  After doing that, I reconnected both and I still do not have access to my playlists and my account is no longer a Premium account.  Please advise.  Thanks.
