I am trying to sign up for the premium trial but its saying incorrect password.  I have a Mac and tried it in Safari and Chrome.  No Luck.  I continue to get the incorrect password every time.  Please assist.  Thanks.

i have the same problem... same setup tho.. mac, safari,chrome .. the ipad nor the iphone works either..

When you first log into the site, please be sure you're both using your unique Spotify username (not your email address).

If you're still receiving this message, try temporarily changing your password to something short and simple:
