Premium account gone ?

I already searched for an answer on these forums....

Whenever i login with my username/password i get the message that i have a free account.

However i pay €10 each month for a premium account. (for more than a year now)

I can also login with my facebook account and that also gives me a free account instead of a premium.

I also tried to ask for help through the contact form a couple of times but NEVER got an answer!

Can any of the mods help me out getting acces to my premium account again?

Same problem here, and interestingly, no trace of any payments either. What is happening Spotify team?  Is there an IOS7 related glitch perhaps?

I have the traces of payment since i get an email everytime the payment has been made through paypal...

Tried al the solutions on these forums already.

Just realized that signing on via Facebook and directly user your username are not the same thing. My subsciotion via facebook is all present and correct. Problem solved....
