Premium account gone

Premium account gone

I accidently disconnected from Facebook and now that I have reconnected it has a new trial account and not my premium account with saved playlists.  How do I fix this?

You should use the Support Form to contact customer services 🙂

I did that yesterday and haven't heard back.  Wondering if there is something I can do  or just wait.

It sounds like you just need to log back into your original account. Try following the steps outlined in this topic to sign back into your account using your Spotify username and password.

I tried that and it doesn't seem to work.  I think the problem is it is the exact same email and password since I was just trying to sign back in and something went wrong.  

PJJD2003 - If you log in with your username 'pjaurique' and your Spotify password, you'll get your Premium back.
