Premium worked for 4 days...

I bought Spotify Premium at a shop. The premium was supposed to last for 30 days... But today it ran out.. This really annoys me, since I paid for Spotify Premium! And when I logged in on spotify.com, it said that I'm currently using Spofity Free.. wich I don't! Please help fix!

Hey there.

Are you trying to login with right details?

Conatct using Contact form and they are able to help you. Contact form - look at About page from bottom!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
