If so that's the worst business practice i've ever heard of. People trying to subscribe and you are sooo unhelpful.
How about you have someone email me and do it for me. That would be great.
I've been a subscriber for about a year and a half now and I've convinced about 10 people to sign up as well.
Literally never going to reccomend you guys again.
Is anyone else getting the "Puchase is currently not available". I followed the suggestion made in the other thread to remove my cc info and re-enter it. But It gives me an "oops, something went wrong, try again or go to help area" when I try to add a new cc now. And if I try to upgrade to premium now it says "purchase is currently not available".
hi Guys! this is a known issue and Spotify is working on it as fast as they can honestly!
This should all now be fixed everyone. Apologies for the inconvenience with this -- obviously we didn't mean for it to happen and we'll try and prevent it happening again.
It's not fixed for me. I've reset my browser and done everything else but if I try to purchase a premium subscription it tells me "purchase not available" and if I try to add a payment method or CC it gives me an "oops" error message. I have been trying to re-subscribe since yesterday.
Finally got it to work by using the Boku payment method. Where it gets paid through my cell bill I guess. I'll take it!
