Someone else is using my Spotify account

Hi there,

 

I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?

Hi I've had the same problem with my spotify pausing because someone else is using my account. I've changed my facebook login password, could you please also have my account logged out of all devices.

I think somebody else is using my spotify account, I allready changed my password, But it's stil says that somebody else is using my account, and random playlists are added to my account. Could you log me out on all devices?

my ex girlfriend is onloged and wont log out ive changed password but it didnt help!! My Spotify email is ersdahl@hotmail.com and login name is ersdahl please help

All the active sessions on that account have now been logged out.

Richard, I have the same story-someone is using my spotify account. Can you please disconnect all the machines please?

I've run into a similar problem; lately I've noticed that my playlists have all gone missing and that others have been added. Today my music would continually stop because of multiple users and then somebody starting messaging me Playlist titles asking who I was and said that they would hack me if I didn't say.

 

Needless to say, I was hacked and my account details have now been changed. I can't change my password, email, DOB because I don't know what the current password is given it was hacked.

 

Help?

I am having this same issue where someone is "logged into my account" I have just changed my password so is there anyway you can disconnect active sessions for me please?

nelsoa6 - I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our advisors to get this sorted, as we'd need to confirm your payment details. Then, we might be able to recover this account for you.

I have the same problem. someone please help me? 😄 I have change my password but another person wouldn´t log out.

David, thanks for your help. I'm more than willing to talk to an advisor, but not sure how I do that. How do I get in touch with them?

I'm having this same issue of someone else using my account. I've changed my password, but may you also disconnect all devices using my account please?

bergh85 & Jtay - Currently there's no one logged into either of your accounts. I recommend changing your password, as well as your personal email password just to be safe. 

 

@Jtay - Did you still want us to disconnect those devices? Just know you'll need to resync your offline playlists--let us know if that's ok.
