Hi there,
I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?

Someone has been using MY bank account to pay for there spotify account and the only thing spotify has done has cancelled all accounts and told me to get a refund of my bank! Obviously very loose security.
gymkhana, einahimm100, k_tut - All sessions have now been logged out of your account. Give that password reset another go and let us know if you're still having trouble.
jonnieboy5150 - Payments/ fraud issues can only be dealt with via the contact form for security reasons. However I'm having trouble finding your email. Anything else we can help you with?

I don't see anyone else on your account at the moment - are you sure someone else is logged on?
And I'd also like to see this added for users to do themselves. We have an Idea for this in the Community - http://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Log-out-all-devices/idi-p/23913#U23913 - but it's marked as Implemented since you can always get in touch and ask us to to do it. Feel free to comment on this if you'd prefer this to be a user-based functionality.
We'd like to be able to do it ourselves. You know, user-friendly...... and all that 21st century jazz
