Someone has subscribed in my name

Someone (probably in sweden) has started a month's premium subscription with Telia mobile phones. it has nothing to do with me, so can it be cancelled.

I have done a contact form but the last one I sent just seemed to drop off the radar after an initial response.

My response number this time was 433028.

Is it someone who happens to have the same name as you? If so they'll have their own username - they can't log in to your account without your password. Spotify can't cancel someone else's account on that basis.

hi,

it is a subscription under my username, not my real name. I could use this subscription to listen to music that someone in sweden is paying for but that's not fair on them. Plus I want to get a subscription of my own.
