Someone is using my account, changed payment plan.

Someone is using my account, changed payment plan.

Hello!

 

Someone else is using my Spotify account and has changed the payment plan as well. 

 

He has changed the email and password which is hindering me to change it back. I've sent support mails but i want this solved as fast as possible!

 

EDIT: Also please remember to not use the current registered email. Use the one i had before (if you need it just ask).

Tallkotten - We can't sort anything out here, I'm afraid. There are too many security details needed. If you could please sit tight, our payments team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Ok, thank you for a quick response. 

 

I find it kind of funny thought. That nothing else than a password from the user (which can be beyond stupid) is needed to change payment plans, and basically everything else on the account.

 

But again, thank you! Waiting with anticipation 🙂

May i add that he just deleted all of the playlists aswell... Several hundred songs collected on a period of a few years just gone. 

So how long it this supposed to take? This has taken about 24h now! 😕
