Spotify gift card not working

Hi there,

I just purchased a sportify card with 300DKK on it. I then went to redeem it, and it told me that the code was invalid.

I will take a picture of my card and send it to a customer service representant if that is requested.

This bugs me alot, since the 7 eleven aparently do not want to pay back the 300dkk.

The card might be expired, but how the dang should I know that they expire? (12 months from purchase date) And I purchased it today!

Please do help me.

It works now. The 7eleven that issued the card made a mistake, and I spend over an hour 11'ish pm to 1am in that store figuring this out. Aparently the staff isnt that educated in issuing a redeem card.

they said they cant do anything

Purchased card from Walmart.  It doesn't work.  Says it is invalid.  Walmart won't refund.  Is there any answer about what can be done?  If not, I will no longer be a spotify customer.

just email the email u get from spotify with the same thing 
they fixed mine and im happy as can be since i got my spotify premuim back
