Spotify gift card not working

Purchased card at Walmart. Doesn't work. Says Invalid code. Walmart says Spotify needs to refund. This is really bad business. Someone needs to be responsible.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify may be able to ativate it manually for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
