Spotify premium doesn't work

Hi,   When I try to use Spotify on my iPhone, it says I have to download spotify premium. The problem is, I already have spotify premium. In the account center it says I have an active premium subscription.   Could you please fix this problem?   Kind regards.

I got the same issue, activated my account this morning and according to the site and the confirmation mails my account is now premium. But when I try to use spotify on my phone, it says I still need to buy premium.

I seem to be having the same problem. I just updated my account to premium and cannot play any music on my iphone 4 and its saying i still need to upgrade to premium

Having the same issue, I have upgraded to premium but still have adverts on desk top version and iPhone 4Gs app will not work, it keeps saying I need to upgrade to premium. Very annoying.

I too am having the same issue.

 

Have tried logging in and out, removal of ap and reinstall, a clean reinstall and can't get it to work. Still same error message! frustrating!

 

 

I purchased premium after the trial. I can't use spotify on my phone still. 

I am having the same issue.  Says I have to premium but I am.  I checked my account and says it is premium?  Sucks bc I cannot access songs offline 😞  What is the fix??

Ive got the same problem, Ive just bought the premium on my laptop but its telling me I need to upgrade on my android but when I do my account says Ive already got it. tried cancelling subscription and re opening and removing the app and reinstalling but still isnt happening?

Hey, I have the same problem as well. Premium isn't registering on my computer or iPhone. Any help?

Ok, two days ago I upgraded from Unlimited to Premium. When I log into my account on spotify.com and go to the account section it says that I have an active Premium subscription. However, I can't listen to any music on my phone. When I try to play a track I get a pop up telling me that I don't have Premium. I've tried clearing the cache of the Spotify app, deleting it and reinstalling it but to no avail. I also just linked my Facebook account to my Spotify account (I hadn't done this yet) in the hopes that this would resolve my issue but I still can't play any music.

Same. it's been about an hour now. I've reset my pc and phone while signed out on everything. Still says Unlimited on PC and phone, even though the site says i have premium

 

I have the same problems has anyone found a solution yet??

also, the notifications thing is broken now, so that's helpful...

 

upgraded to premium, still says unlimited on pc and phone won't register premium either. tried restarting both and clearing temp files and all that 😞

 

also, my notifications tell me sorry, we can't retrieve notifications right now

Even though I am a premium I am unable to access the playlists on my I phone 4 

I have recently purchased the upgrade and have received a receipt for my payment. My phone app and computer application are still not registering that I have upgraded and thus I must still be online to listen to music as well as deal with annoying ads. The website says I am a premium member. I have logged in and out and re-installed programs. Please help!

I am having the same problem as well. I am at least glad I am not the only one having a problem. They are hopefully doing their best to fix this problem ASAP.
