Spotify premium doesn't work

Hi,   When I try to use Spotify on my iPhone, it says I have to download spotify premium. The problem is, I already have spotify premium. In the account center it says I have an active premium subscription.   Could you please fix this problem?   Kind regards.

Me Too! I paid for premium and am still getting ads. The very definition of not getting premium, I think. Win 7. And don't even ask about my iPhone. It's just like everyone else here. They're not all seeing each other. Can you help.

Hi my account says I have an active premium account, but when I try to stream a song it says that you need a premium account. I have an iPhone4 and have reinstalled the app a couple of times? Please help

Just purchased premium also and nothing. Not even showing the charge on my CC yet. I hate waiting!

Just opened new account, downloaded to Mac and PC both have adverts and upgrade option! Click upgrade shows my premium sibscritption. What's up any help?

Just upgraded to premium and it is not working on my PC WIN XP pro SP2,  Android HTC incridible 2, or even tested on IPOD touch.  none will recognize that I have a premimum account even though I have a receipt and the web account is showing premium.   

Not a great start if you want 10$ a month

yeah im having the exact same problem...

i just paid for premium but the spotify on my computer and on the iphone 4 are saying that im not

a premium user...

tried restarting the program, deleting and re-installing the app and restarting my computer.

any suggestions?

Can we just get an open explanation for the problem?

It seems to be the same problem for everyone - upgrade to Premium, pay the money, nothing changes and still get hammered by ads. So annoying...

I have this all figured out not, but I have to say, I was about ready to abandon the spotify ship.

All i wanted to do was pay for premium, and it has taken a very long time.  Also there is no real instrucions on how to get your mobile device to work, so I fumbled around with that forever also. 

The system works fine once working but, that was super annoying.

I am having the same problem. Neither my PC or my Phone will let me access premium but when i got to upgrade and then check my account it states that i have a premium subscription. Ive logged in and logged out a heap of time and reinstalled the app but to no avail.
