Spotify suddenly not letting me to go online

Hi,

I have a paid spotify account that I use with desktop and android. Today the android app logged me out and is not letting me to login anymore. Actually it lets me to login but instantly goes offline and then logs me out.

I tried to use the desktop version and it also lets me login but doesn't let me go online. I've tried to reset my password multiple times but I haven't received a single email.

I am just baffled what's going on?

My account username is "mosquite".

Strange its happening on two devices, if your android is connected to the same WiFi as your computer, can you try using the mobile network if it is available and see if that will let you log in?
