Still subscribed for the free trial?

Hi,

Someone else is trying to refill my premium, but it seems it won't work. They've got oxygen spotify id number and my email address, but apparently there's a problem because I've used the free trial before. It expired weeks ago, but if I understand correctly, the person trying to fill my premium gets a message about me still being on a subscription period.

Could someone help me out? Is there a setting I need to change?
