Cant seem to get my student account to work. Anyonr help. Ive tried the faq and emailed the customer response and no reply.

Is this an error message you get when logging in?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

When you got in touch did you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages? If so, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. 😉

I have resubmitted a contact form. The error message is appearing at the final stage after you submit the password to confirm subscription

Hi I am having the exact same error but my payment card is absolutely fine- could there be any other reason for this?

Are you using NUS or Unidays?

I had the exact same problem! cancelled my student premium account due to 
"problems withdrawing the funds" when I had plenty enough money in my account....

@Pocoloco - If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running again. It is also worth making sure your card meets all of the requirements outlined on this help page
