Upgrade to premium hasn't registered

Hi there,

I recently upgraded my account from Free user to Premium. When I purchased it the site was telling me I could upgrade unless I logged into my desktop NOT as an administrator. I set a new user and tried again but now can't get back to the download page. The system is still logging me in as a Free user even though I have a PayPal receipt stating that I have paid for it.

Any ideas anyone...? Help much appreciated...
