Upgrading to premium/no payment method

Hi

I just redeemed a $10 Spotidy gift card with the wrong subscription type "unlimited" and I wanted the "premium". When I try to upgrade it asks to add a payment method. I just want to use the $10 for a month of premium.

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form found here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact
Someone at Spotify should be able to sort it out for you.
If you get an automated reply, make sure to respond to the email directly, and it will be sent to the spotify staff.
