Why are pro-Putin artists still allowed on the platform?

While Russia is invading Ukraine and commit war crimes, there are plenty of Russian artists openly supporting the invasion and the Putin regime, if Spotify is serious with its boycott of Russia, then why are those artists still on the platform and earning money when they act as spokespeople and supporters of the war and a fascist regime?

Some of the names are:

Polina Gagarina (Полина Гагарина)

Timati (Тимати)

Philipp Kirkorov (Филипп Киркоров)

Dima Bilan (Дима Билан)
Nikolay Baskov (Николай Басков)

Olga Buzova (Ольга Бузова)

Please Spotify, cancel them from your platform. There are plenty of evidence out there of these artists' support (see the attached example of singer Polina Gagarina from a pro-war concert wearing the infamous 'Z'- sign on the chest which is a sign used in Russia now, similar to the Swastika, to support the invasion)

Ты предлагаешь чтобы Россия забыла про всех украинских артистов? Вот Вы (украинские националисты)  с такой политикой и начали этот конфликт у себя в стране и эхо этого конфликта отразилось на всём мире. Пройдет время и другие страны поймут какие Вы никчемные и перестанут Вас поддерживать и иметь с Вами какие-либо отношения.
