bought an e gift subscription to wrong recipient email adress

i just bought an e gift subscription and i have been charged for it but recipient has not recieved email and neither have I? i may have entered the wrong address for recipient..please help....u can repond to *******@gmail.com

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You should be been sent a confirmation email which contains the redemption instructions (incase not receieved by the recipient) to the email address registered to your Spotify account, so double check your spam/junk folders.


If you can't find it, then you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track it down using your billing and account information. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello. 

 

This exact same thing happened to me. I purchased it as a gift and neither the recipient or myself recieved a confirmation email. Its been over a week now and I'd like for the recipient to be able to use this. $60 is $60. Please asssist.
