i payed for spotify unlimited only get spotify free

I have the problem that i pay for spotify unlimited but my account only say free and i can only use free service.worked fined for two months then this happened out of the blue.the last payment was drawn from my bank card 2013-04-01.account. account name couchboy100

What's happened is you've made a second account via Facebook. That one was upgraded (not couchboy100).
