playlists are gone after syncing with ipod touch and samsung s2

ello peeps,

After creating some playlists on my laptop and then syncing them for offline use, when i tried to sync to my ipod touch 4g and Samsung s2 they have gone 😞 .  please tell me you can fix this, over 300+ songs have gone awol.
