problem with the contry on my profile

He estado en USA un tiempo y ahora al volver a España mi cuenta me decia que no estaba en el pais que pone en mi perfil y como no me dejaba acceder a mi cuenta me hice otra.
Al entrar por primera vez en la nueva cuenta me dijo que si era el otro usuario y por error dije que si.
Ahora mis cuentas estan intercambiadas y sigo sin poder acceder a mi antigua cuenta a pesar que actualice mi perfil y puse mi targeta de credito.

I have been in USA for a while and now that I am back to Spain my spotify told me that I wasn't in the country where my accound was registred. I couldn't access to my account so I made another one.
When you first enter to the new account spotify asked if I was the other user and mistakenly I said yes.
Now my accounts are exchanged and I still can not access my old account even update my profile and put my credit card.

How can I get back my old account and all my music?
