I'm going to merge your post into the main topic for this, a member of staff should be able to do this for you 😉 

I would suggest you also change your password to stop them automatically logging in again after they have been disconnected.

EDIT: I see you have already posted in the correct topic. In future there is no need to post twice 😉 the official topics are the best way to get things like this done as quickly as possible.
