spotify downgraded to new user, still a premium user on my phone

Hi

i ve read all the obove but it s not hepling

I m a premium user, logged with my facebook account from the beginning.

Something changed in my options and now i m a free user on my ubuntu spotify ( my phone app works fine as premium)

Please tell me how log in with my facebook premium account like before.

( how is that even possible to have the right login/mdp and log in as a free user anyway?)

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

It sounds like you have accidentally created a duplicate account which you are signed into on your ubuntu Spotify. Try logging out and back in again using your premium account details. 

If you are still a free user, are you sure your subscription is still active? What is your subscription status on your online overview?
