spotify wont let me change my payment information

i switched banks and the card i had my subscription on is now gone and i need to change it to a new one however the page to change my payment information wont load, its nothing to do with my internet because every other website works, but it just wont load the section about changing payment information and i dont want to lose my premium because of something like that, help please?

Can you try using a different browser and see if that makes any difference? Sometimes its just a bit tempermental!
