This is blues/garage infused rock that creates the perfect soundtrack for a Bar Fight. This music drips with raw emotion with its ragged blues riffs and raw vocals. You can just imagine the dark, grimy club, with its flaking neon beer sign above the bar. The smell of smoke, sweat, and vomit hangs in the air as these bands play and a fight breaks out.
I decided to go back to my older playlists and take the songs I still really loved and infuse a new theme and some new tracks so enjoy. Ever so often I'll come back and switch out the playlist with a new take on blues/garage rock.

I saw you had the Sonics on your playlist. I just found out about them this year, and just love their sound.
What is great with The Sonics is that their never did any compromise in their Garage Rock since they exist in the early 60's. The line-up had some changed but there are still 3 members of the original one. They have inspired lots of bands as Nirvana. And from the first album "Here Are The Sonics" in 1965 to the last one "This Is The Sonics" in 2015, the quality and energy is the same.
As I use to say : "It's in the old pot we make the best soup" 😄
@Soundofus I agree. You hear them and it could easily be a band now. Ever seen the documentary "A Band Called Death" they are another great example of a band that was ahead of their time.
