Car Thing refusing to connect

My Car Thing recently started showing that no devices are connected when my phone should be connected. Whenever I try to connect it only does it long enough for my phone to open Spotify, then immediately disconnects, i’ve tried restarting, repairing, and factory reset, but ever since my phone was first unpaired I am not able to reconnect it

Thanks for reaching out. Can you try forgetting and re-pairing both devices and also performing a clean reinstall on your phone? Also make sure both are on the latest software version. If the issue persists, could you please try making a video of the behaviour and sending it to us? We'd be happy to investigate.
