Car thing blank screen

my car thing when turned on displays a black blank screen. When I connect to my phone, I can hear the voice saying “let’s take a tour” but the screen is still blank. I can’t try resetting it because I can’t see the screen.

I have the same issue how did you fix it, It turns on for about 30 seconds and then just gets a blank screen. Would appreciate your reply to **bleep**  Thank you 

Spotify wants me to return and pay the shipping cost of $ 8 dollars I just rather buy a new one
