Connecting issues

My Spotify car thing started off working great and then after about a week it won’t connect to my phone. This happened first and I reset it & it worked for about another week & now it won’t connect to my phone. It’ll connect and immediately disconnect. On the Spotify car thing the circle is continuously circling like it’s trying to connect to my phone but will not. 

None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This type of issue is commonly related to some pending update on your Car Thing. To check on this, remove the device from your car and plug it in at home where it can be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

This will force the sync between your network and your device updating the it to the newest version of the app.
