If I hear a song I like, how to easily it to my own playlist?

If I am listening to a playlist in my car created for me by spotify and I hear a song I would like to add to one of my own playlists, is there a simple way to select it and specify which of my playlists to add it too?

What you could do in this case is to add the song to your Liked songs playlist. Once it's been added there, you can easily locate the song and then add it to your other playlists. Just head over to Liked songs > click the 3 dots next to the song > Add to playlist > select a playlist to add it to.

An option, if you don't have the opportunity to Like the song right away, is to have a look at your Listening history at a later occasion to see if the song appears there, and then add it to a list.
