Installation issue with Car Thing

I'm having trouble installing the car thing in my car. It says go to settings and then go to "car" and look for car thing. Unfortunately I cannot locate "car" in my settings. I am a premium user

Me too I disconnected to try and reconnect my phone and now it is forgotten forever... I am not able to connect my phone, it has been three months now

Sorry to hear you're having such trouble with the Car Thing. 

It's best if you do a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your phone, by removing all app data and cache. You can follow this Guide. After that run through the steps in this article and try connecting your Car Thing again.
