Screen won’t turn on

I got it set up and I turned my car on and now the screen won’t turn on or work. All other buttons work and it will respond to voice but screen stays off.

Can you clarify if you're talking about Car Thing, your phone screen on your car's infotainment system.

The car thing. So I’ve discovered that it’s the back light in the screen. I can see the logo pop on and what not but it won’t light up.
