My Question or Issue

I ordered my car thing on 7-30-22 and I got a confirmation email and an email stating that the label for my package was created. It’s been 4 weeks and my package still has not shipped. I called customer service and they stated to give it 30 days. It will be 30 days on Monday and it still hasn’t shipped I find it hard to believe it will arrive Monday. Is anyone having similar issues? With the amount of complaints I see I’m wondering if I should just cancel the order.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

 

It's best if you reach out to the customer support team again with your tracking number/ID provided in the order confirmation. They should be able to check what's happening with the delivery.
