I am now very fascinated by this product, although I have applied to use it, but I am afraid that my application will not be approved. So, I want to know, will the car thing be sold in USA? if it willm when?

Spotify support has said that:

"Not everyone who showed their interest in Car Thing will receive one this time around, but you can still apply for future releases at https://carthing.spotify.com"

Right now it is not available to purchase directly and is still experimental so users are being selected at random to help test the device so that can get better over time.
