Thanks for sharing your issue with the Community! Sorry to see this has been happening to you.
Would you mind taking a look at this thread? You may need to take the adapter out and then plug it in as described.
This may or may not be an issue with the power cord as well, but it's worth going through everything suggested first 🙂
