How Do I disable Spotify Propaganda?

Is there a way to customize the home screen so I quit seeing Spotify's approved propaganda messaging from every left wing outlet they can source. It's right up at the top when I'm trying to quickly access music I'm interested in. It's never balanced with a myriad of causes, left, right or center. Just mind numbing left wing. There has got to be a way to disable this or create a custom home feed that just shows me things I'm interested in?

I swear this is truly one of the worst UI mechanics I've seen in all my years, taking power away from the user and force feeding them your politics. PLEASE CHANGE THIS
