Hey @Noguri 

Playlist Exchange thread is generally supposed to be for one playlist, where you can write about its highlights, overall theme and other relevant stuff, and post updates to it later in comments, for example. 🙂

There is no way to add more than one playlist in the Playlist Exchange thread, unless you post them later in comments.
