Lady A is not Lady Antebellum!!!!!

Why does the band formerly known as Lady Antebellum come up when I search on Spotify for the amazing blues artist Lady A?

Is anyone just allowed to choose their own name and Spotify will allow for that? If so, I would like my artist name to be changed to Lady Gaga. Does that seem okay??

They are still in a dispute over the name and Lady A is NOT going to give up her name for this band. She has literally been performing as Lady A since before they were born.

Spotify- please do not allow them to take her name on your application!!!!!!! Call them Lady Antebellum until they can come up with an original name, so they don’t just get to sweep their ignorant choice under the rug.
