Okay, just for fun lets play a game where you post a favorite song. Here are the rules:

1. the song has to be from either 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago (and so on).

   - (2004, 1994, 1984, 1974, 1964, etc.)

The date I'm going by is the year the song was released as a single.

2. Go to that song on Spotify and click on the ... on the right side of the song

In 2004 Barth released Born A Black Diamond on Secretly Canadian under the name Normanoak.

Lowell Fulson - Reconsider, baby ( 1954 )

 

Lowell Fulson (March 31, 1921 – March 7, 1999) was a big-voiced blues guitarist and songwriter, in the West Coast blues tradition. Fulson was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also recorded for business reasons as Lowell Fullsom and Lowell Fulsom. After T-Bone Walker, Fulson was the most important figure in West Coast blues in the 1940s and 1950s.

"Reconsider Baby" is a blues song written and recorded by Lowell Fulson in 1954. Performed in the West Coast blues style, it became Fulson's first record chart hit for Checker Records, a subsidiary of Chess Records. Beginning his career at the age of 25, Crowley has released six albums, with his debut A Strange Kind arriving in 1999. He followed this with When You Are Here You Are Family (2002), A Northern Country (2004), Long Distance Swimmer (2007), Season of the Sparks (2009) and "I See Three Birds Flying" (2012) In a 2005 Rolling Stone interview, Ryan Adams cited Crowley when asked "Who's the best songwriter that no one's heard of".
