did the cancellation of primium 3 months coming charging $ 1.99 and just after the three months , despite the cancellation of the premium subscription also came charging $ 14.99, want to solve this soon before the coming charging again.

Sounds like your subscription gets paid through iTunes. Can you confirm that you're using an iOS device for Spotify?

It might also be that you're having a Spotify family account.

 

Please let me know so I can help you getting this sorted.
