The Outrun and Retrowave genre are a tasteful modern take on the "Sound of the 80s". Please note - this is not music from the 80s, but modern music crafted to capture the soul and feel of the 80s. From the cheesy tunes of news reels or aerobic workouts, to the deep dark malicious sounds of 80s horror films. It's all in here, in it's glory.

This list that I have carefully crafted over the past 2 years is just this. A sweeping sound of the 80s, remade by modern artists with new visions.

This list is 100% Non-Vocal (a few very minor exceptions), and work safe.
