I just upgraded to a family plan, but immediately received a notification that my Hulu subscription was canceled. I am extremely frustrated with Spotify account management. First trying to figure out how to start a family account was very confusing. I finally found a link by searching this forum. Spotify's help page for family accounts does not provide a link for how to sign up. There is no information that told my the Hulu subscription that came with my Spotify would be canceled when I switched.
1. There needs to be clear options for the family plan on the main account management page.
2. If you're going to remove features a clear warning needs to be provided.
