Plumtree were an all female band from Novia Scotia. Their popularity peaked in the 90s, but currently they only have around 21k monthly listeners. They're awesome, I highly recommend their music.

Fun fact: Bryan Lee O'Malley's Scott Pilgrim got the main character's name from the Plumtree song of the same name.
