3,333 Offline Song Limit

So I know there had been a few posts about this. I have spotify on my ipad, iphone and macbook. I do not sync playlists on my ipad and macbook as they are connected by wifi and they dont leave the house.

I got a Iphone 5s 64gb pretty much for spotify. Im a commuter in london.

I understand the limit of 10000 songs offline BUT I would like to see it updated so there isnt 3333 songs for each device, just 10000 across the devices. I was looking at Deezer a little while ago becuse I get a free subsciption with my phone plan and they DO NOT have a limit. Imagine it! I dont want to switich either but im just saying that this is an attractive quality.

So yeah, id like to be able to sync more than 3333 songs to my iphone. I listen to ALOT of music.

Maybe also something to sort play lists alphabetically.

thanks!

Hi, and welcome to the community! Having looked through the ideas section I found a couple of ideas asking for the same thing: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Don-t-restrict-synchronisation-of-offline-files-to-333... http://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Offline-Song-Limit-per-Device/idi-p/409606 From the looks of things this isn't implementable due to legal restrictions for Spotify. hey, Frodobug!

I commute in London, too, and I don't really find the 3333 offline song limit that bad. As long as you have a 3G/4G sim & tarrif with your mobile network, perfect! Just search the song you want anywhere in the city (including most Underground stations now, as they have wifi (ehmahgerd)) and boom! There is your song. And still, If you can't get access to the internet on the tube, I doubt your on there for the duration of 3333 songs.

To be honest, I don't think playlists should be automaticly be orders in alphabetical order, yes, there should be an option to instantly zap your playlists into order. I sort my playlists into order of inportance, and spotify will never be able to know what playlists are my inportant ones.

See you on the tube! (not in a stalker like way, though!)

Hello! I don't think that the 3,333 song limit is that bad. But maybe Spotify needs to sort out the legal restrictions if possible, otherwise users could move from here to other music streaming services..

Not good enough in my opinion. We pay for a premium service, there should be no restrictions at all!

If it's not implementable: bye bye Spotify. Now another company gets 10 EUR per month for their premium service with unlimited offline usage.

this is one of the reasons I use Rdio. maybe they negotiated better contracts than Spotify? this limit doesn't exist with Rdio.
